These photos are near and dear to my heart because the meaning behind them is so deep. A group of vendors and I got together at The Sentimentalist, a bridal shop in Atlanta, to photograph sweet Hannah in beautiful pieces provided by Icon Stylist and Tatyana Merenyuk.

Hannah’s story is so beautiful, and it was our desire to showcase Hannah’s natural beauty for this project. This was the first photo shoot in which Hannah wore her natural hair, and my goodness, isn’t she radiant? Hannah shared with us that prior to this photo shoot, she had worn wigs after chemicals had forever changed the way that her hair grew. It took so much bravery for Hannah to come to this day, and I feel grateful to be trusted to document Hannah in this way. I hope you love these photos as much as I do!
